I am working on three long term projects simultaneously. These include the work with my children, that I have tentatively called “Whisper Down the Alley”; the work exploring magical places or still-life items; and the work in collaboration with adult women, some of which is with a local women’s group, where fine art models are featured.
This portfolio page is a selection of images from all three of these projects. In many ways, they feel like a single body of work to me because they all tell stories, and stylistically they “live” in the same spaces. Some of the stories are mine, some are implied by a location or object, and others are more cinematic- I like to think of these as film stills from an unknown movie.
